What’s the proudest moment of your career?
There have been many proud moments at different stages of my career. Since I’m still on the journey, I hope to one day reflect on them all more fully when I reach the end.
Do you have a favourite album, book, or film?
I can’t name just one album, as I was exposed to a wide range of great music growing up. But if I had to choose, I’d say Michael Jackson’s first three albums—they were truly ahead of their time.

What characteristics and skills do you look for in people?
I truly believe that anyone can grow and develop their skillset over time. So, I tend to focus on what surrounds that skillset—qualities like drive, a solution-focused mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and most importantly, a positive attitude.
What do you enjoy most about the industry?
I love how we get to bring our clients' visions to life. It’s inspiring to see different professions come together, working as one team to realise, develop, and create the built assets our clients dream of.

What’s your best career advice?
Once you’ve identified the path you want to follow within the built environment industry, keep learning, find mentors, and develop a strong team-oriented mindset. Collaboration is at the heart of how we serve our clients.
What are your passions outside of work?
Watching my children grow and learning what it means to be their dad is a constant joy. I’m also passionate about health and fitness, reading, and following a variety of sports.

Who are your inspirations?
My mum and my late dad.
Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a pilot—though not long after, I set my sights on becoming a Quantity Surveyor.
What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I’m able to truly understand what the client is asking for and provide clear, effective advice and solutions tailored to their needs.

What do you think your future holds?
Continued growth. I aim to keep learning, sharing, and evolving—which makes the future an exciting one.
What might someone be surprised to know about you?
Despite the achievements and roles I’ve had—and those still to come—I’ve faced my share of challenges and failures. These experiences fuel my passion, shape my solution-focused mindset, and reinforce my commitment to staying positive.
