James has worked extensively within both the private and public sector managing complex project & communication plans for major organisations and brands.

A professionally qualified planner and project manager with over 40 years of industry experience. Andy’s career has spanned main contracting, construction management, consultancy planning and construction project management on a wide range of schemes valued £1m to £500m+.

LIAM MCLAUGHLIN

Design Manager

A RIBA chartered Architect for over 20 years, during which time Liam has developed a wide range of experience working throughout the UK and Ireland both as a Project Architect and more recently as a Design Manager and Architect for Main Contractors and Property Developers.

EGIS BALSYS

Construction Manager

Egis is an experienced MCIOB qualified Construction Contracts Manager, with additional health and safety qualifications and personal practical experience of many trades making him the ideal Construction Manager for complex projects.

Bally has over 20 years’ consultancy experience, last 9 years in healthcare. Bally is an expert in developing strategic plans and business cases, delivering complex transformational capital programmes and managing multiple stakeholders in complex operational environments.

Grant has over 25 years experience, working as a member of a professional team for private and public housing clients, as a lender to residential and commercial property companies and involvement in all facets of property development from inception through to completion.

Kieran has a progressive track record in commercial management of multi-million-pound tier 1 industrial, residential (low and high rise), commercial, institutional, nuclear, waste to energy, and infrastructure construction projects. Experienced developing and implementing sustainable approaches to project strategy and policy with emphasis on high levels of safety, quality, and productivity with a firm focus on customer/ client commercial expectations and risk mitigation.
