James is an ESG, business development and client relationship professional accustomed to working in challenging, political and fast paced environments. James has worked extensively within both the private and public sector managing complex project & communication plans for major organisations and brands.
ANDY MASON
Head of Planning
A professionally qualified planner and project manager with over 40 years of industry experience. Andy’s career has spanned main contracting, construction management, consultancy planning and construction project management on a wide range of schemes valued £1m to £500m+.
LIAM MCLAUGHLIN
Design Manager
A RIBA chartered Architect for over 20 years, during which time Liam has developed a wide range of experience working throughout the UK and Ireland both as a Project Architect and more recently as a Design Manager and Architect for Main Contractors and Property Developers.
EGIS BALSYS
Construction Manager
Egis is an experienced MCIOB qualified Construction Contracts Manager, with additional health and safety qualifications and personal practical experience of many trades making him the ideal Construction Manager for complex projects.
KATHRYN GARDNER
Projects Director
Kathryn is an experienced Programme Manager / Project Director with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Risk Management, Cost Management, Quantitative Risk Analysis, Project Control, and Quantity Surveying.

Darren is an experienced Surveyor with extensive experience across the residential and education sectors having lead a number of complex and challenging residential developments, primary/secondary schools, further and higher education projects/programmes of work up to the value of £450million.

Rene specialises in luxury residential, hospitality, retail, commercial offices, and complex high-rise central London schemes. Rene has a background in Architecture, Engineering and Business Administration making him the ideal Projects Director for K2CM.

Bally has over 20 years’ consultancy experience, last 9 years in healthcare. Bally is an expert in developing strategic plans and business cases, delivering complex transformational capital programmes and managing multiple stakeholders in complex operational environments.
GRANT TEWKESBURY
Associate Director
Grant has over 25 years experience, working as a member of a professional team for private and public housing clients, as a lender to residential and commercial property companies and involvement in all facets of property development from inception through to completion.
HARRY BARYAN
Associate Director
Harry is Project Manager of over 20 years with a strong track record across various sectors including healthcare, industrial, logistics and education. He has had experience working both in the UK and internationally on a variety of projects with experience on developing the project delivery pathway with a focus on the budget and defined outcomes, translating the businesses’ objectives into programme deliverables and actions.
