What are your passions outside of work?

Standing on the corner, with my children, at my beloved Poole Pirates and going out with my friends on a Saturday afternoon

How did you get into construction?

A card in the job centre when I was 18

What might someone be surprised to know about you?

I do jigsaws to relax. I can easily lose 3 hours on a jigsaw at a time.

What do you think your future holds?

Retirement and driving around in my motorhome.

However, before I get to that I want to leave a legacy in terms of a sustainable business set on the right foundations that creates the right opportunities for the teams in both London and the North East.
